Layaway Policy

At Westlake Classic Firearms Co., we offer a convenient layaway option to help you secure the items you want without paying the full amount upfront. Below are the terms and conditions for our layaway program:

Eligibility for Layaway
• Layaway is available for in-store inventory purchases only.
• The minimum purchase amount for layaway is $500.00.
• Firearms, accessories, and other products are eligible for layaway.

Terms and Conditions

Layaway Period
The layaway period is 30 days from the date of the initial deposit. All payments must be made within this timeframe.

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 20-25% of the total purchase price is required to initiate layaway. The exact percentage may vary based on the item and will be discussed at the time of purchase.

Payment Schedule
Payments can be made in installments at your convenience during the 30-day layaway period.
Payments can be made in-store or over the phone during regular business hours.

Final Payment and Pickup
The item must be paid in full before it can be picked up. No item will be released until the balance is cleared.
If you have chosen a firearm for layaway, all applicable background checks and paperwork must be completed at the time of pickup, and you must meet all legal requirements to take possession.

No Refunds on Deposit
The initial deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel the layaway or fail to complete payments within the 30-day period, you will forfeit your deposit, and the item will be returned to inventory.

Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel the layaway at any time, you will forfeit the deposit. In some cases, store credit may be issued at management’s discretion.

Failure to Pay
If the total balance is not paid within the 30-day period and no other arrangements are made, the layaway will be considered forfeited. The item will be returned to stock, and any payments made, including the deposit, will not be refunded.

Extensions
In special circumstances, a one-time 7-day extension may be granted. The request must be made before the original 30-day period ends. Any extension request is subject to approval by store management.

Special Orders and Sale Items
Special order items and sale/clearance items are not eligible for layaway.

Layaway on Firearms
All layaway firearms are subject to state and federal regulations. If you do not pass the required background check, the layaway agreement will be canceled, and you will forfeit the deposit.
