Consignment Policy
1. Eligibility
Firearms with a minimum value of $500 are eligible for consignment. All items must be legally owned by the consignor and compliant with federal, state, and local laws.
2. Commission Fees
Minimum Fee: $75
Commission Rates:
In-Store Listings: 15% of the final sale price
GunBroker Listings: 18% of the final sale price
3. Payment
Payment will be issued to the consignor within 14 days of the successful sale, after deducting applicable commission fees. Consignors are responsible for accurate pricing and item representation.
4. Duration
Consignment items will be listed for a maximum of 90 days. After this period, consignors may choose to lower the price, renew the listing, or reclaim the firearm. Firearms unsold after 90 days must be retrieved by the consignor or will be subject to further terms.
5. Liability
The store will take reasonable precautions to safeguard consigned items but is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage. Ownership of the firearm remains with the consignor until the sale is complete. If a firearm is returned due to defects, breakage, or misinformation regarding its condition, the consignor will be responsible for any associated shipping costs and the minimum consignment fee. The store reserves the right to deduct these costs from any proceeds owed to the consignor.
6. Cancellation
Consignors may cancel their consignment agreement at any time before the sale; however, an early cancellation fee of $75 will apply.
